Mussulo Electrification Project
The contract for the rural electrification of the Mussulo commune will be signed almost two years after the expenditure for the work was approved. The contract was awarded to Mark Cables Fze, from the United Arab Emirates.

Location of the Work: Mussulo Commune
Description of what it is and what it intends to achieve: The electrification of Mossulo is intended to benefit around 2,600 families and includes the installation of 26 PTs, 3,600 home connections and public lighting at 950 points, in order to guarantee a better quality of life for residents.
In addition to Mussulo, the project also provides for the electrification of other regions and the construction of substations, transmission lines, distribution networks, home connections and public lighting, with an execution period of 24 months. Cabo Ledo, Sangano and Mussulo are identified as the three main tourist centres in Luanda province.
