Kwanza Sul General Hospital
The new Kwanza Sul General Hospital, which will be inaugurated very soon, will be named Commander Raúl Arguelles, announced the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, in his recent State of the Nation speech.

Name of the Work: Kwanza Sul General Hospital
Location of Work: City of Sumbe
Description of what it is and what it aims to achieve: This new hospital covers an area of 6 hectares, with capacity for 200 beds.
The new hospital will have an inpatient area, an Emergency Department, an Intensive Care Unit (ICU), an Operating Theatre, a Maternity Unit, Imaging, Haemodialysis, a Morgue, General Services and Laboratories.
Cost of the Work:63 million 180 thousand dollars in funding from the Ministry of Health.
